Marie Dolores Reber

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Marie Dolores “Ree-Wee” Reber, age 59 of Jefferson, Georgia who passed away on March 31, 2024.  She was born on November 11, 1964, in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.  Marie, known affectionately as “Ree-Wee” , was a loving soul who found joy in simple pleasures.  She adored coloring, solving word searches, assembling puzzles, and watching the Hallmark Channel.

Marie will be dearly missed by her surviving family members: Lisa Jimenez and Michele Cantrell, her sisters; Kenn Reber, her brother; Alexander Jimenez, Michael McCann, Sean Vale, Kyle Reber, and MacKenzie Reber, her nephews; Javier Jimenez, her brother-in-law; Susan Reber, her sister-in-law; Samantha Vale, her niece-in-law; Lily McCann great niece.  She is preceded in death by her mother, Soledad Reber.

Graveside inurnment will be held 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at Evans Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends at the graveside.

The family has entrusted Evans Funeral Home in Jefferson, Georgia with the arrangements for Marie’s final farewell.

May Marie’s memory be a source of comfort and her legacy live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
