Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mrs. Pamela Annette Spratlin, age 63 of Jefferson, Georgia who entered rest Tuesday, March 26, 2024. Mrs. Spratlin was born in Atlanta, Georgia a daughter of the late John Marion Howe and the late Emma Ellen Black Howe. Mrs. Spratlin along with her late husband owned and operated a Advertising Agency for many years. Mrs. Spratlin loved her animals, her yard, Steelers Football and most of all her granddaughter. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Spratlin is preceded by her husband Joseph Richard Spratlin and two brothers, Terry and Gary Howe.

Survivors include a daughter, Tennille Durand (Travis) of Carrollton, Kentucky. Son, Daniel Spratlin of Athens. Granddaughter, Harper Reese Durand. Three sisters, Linda Gray (Tim) of Canton, Janice Hall of Montgomery, Alabama, Wanda Kavanagh (Mark) of Canton. Niece, Lynnette (Cissy) Bush of Toccoa, along with several nieces, nephews, and others who also survive.

In accordance with the wishes of Mrs. Spratlin, her remains have been cremated and no services are to be held.
