Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Charles Elbert Lowe, Jr., age 58 of Commerce, Georgia who entered into rest Tuesday, October 2, 2018. Mr. Lowe was born in Atlanta, Georgia the son of Mr. Charles Elbert Lowe, Sr. and the late Betty Louise Gaston Lowe. Mr. Lowe was a self employed Welder and Heavy Equipment Operator and loved growing several acres of Sunflowers and Wildflowers.
Survivors in addition to his father, are a daughter, Ava Padgett of Jacksonville, North Carolina. Son, Evan Lowe of Pendergrass, Georgia. Sister, Rita Stuck of Miramar Beach, Florida, a brother, Curtis Lowe of Athens, Georgia.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
