Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Charlotte Ann Hubbs Howard, age 59 of Bogart, Georgia who entered into rest Friday, June 22, 2018. Mrs. Howard was born in Chicago, Illinois, a daughter of the late Calvin and Anna Belle Bauer Hubbs, was a homemaker and of the Lutheran Faith. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Howard is preceded by brothers, Johnny and James Hubbs.

Survivors include her husband David Wayne Howard of Bogart. Three daughters, Leanne Matula of Illinois, Ashley Howard and Jessica Howard of Bogart. Son, Steven Howard of Bogart. Brothers, Charles Hubbs of Arizona and Allen Butcher of Illinois. Sisters, Cheryl Stettner of Illinois, and Sandra O’Reilly of Illinois. Three grandchildren, Kile, Gwen and Brooke Matula also survive.

Private family services will be held at a later date and time.
