Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mr. David Stephen Nichols, age 72, of Jefferson, Georgia who entered rest Monday May 19, 2025. Mr. Nichols was born in Huntington, West Virginia the son of the late Russell Nichols and Twila Henderson Nichols of Procterville, Ohio.
Mr. Nichols was owner of Nichols Tile, loved watching the news and Donald Trump on television. Mr. Nichols was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Inaddition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of twenty-five years, Susie Nichols of Jefferson, GA. Two daughters, Nicole Burgoyne of Leigh Acres, FL and Michelle Nicholes of Procterville, Ohio. Four grandchildren, Scotty & Steven Burgoyne and Kaitlyn & Taylor Drummond. Step-daughter, Nancy Mc Whorter (fiance’, Kevin) of Utah.
Funeral services will be handle by Hall Funeral Home, Procterville, Ohio.
