Mr. Harold D Weaver

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mr. Harold D. Weaver, age 93, of Winder, Georgia who entered rest Friday January 9, 2026. Mr. Weaver was born in Appling, Georgia the son of the late Andy Weaver and the late Bessie Castle Weaver. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Fay Whitlock Weaver and two sisters, Pauline Harrison and Louise Peppers.

Mr. Weaver worked at Harrison Hatchery and was a member of Pond Fork Baptist Church, Pendergrass, Georgia. 

Survivors include daughter, Sabrina Storm of Elijay, GA and a son, Scott Weaver of Monroe, GA. Two sisters-in-law, Marian Hardigree of Winder, GA and Joyce Carroll of Commerce, GA also survive.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Tuesday January 13, 2026 at Pond Fork Baptist Church with Reverend Derek Knight, Reverend Johnny Knight and Reverend Chris Hulsey officiating with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. until time of service at Pond Fork Baptist Church.
