Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mr. Howard Phillip Baldwin, age 95 of Nicholson, Georgia who entered rest Wednesday, February 18, 2026. Mr. Baldwin was born in Newark, New Jersey a son of the late William and Frieda Goring Baldwin. Mr. Baldwin was a Veteran of the United State Air Force and was a retired Automobile Mechanic with Woodbridge Ford. In addition to is parents, Mr. Baldwin is preceded by his wife, Alice Katherine Baldwin.

Survivors include two daugthers, Denise Rogers (Gregory) and Diane Cook (Randy).

Funeral services with Military Honors will be held in New Jersey on Wednesday.
