Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Jack Edward Balthazor, age 65 of Jefferson, Georgia who entered rest Monday, May 23, 2022. Mr. Balthazor was born in Kankakee, Illinois, a son of the late Bernard and Beverly Coy Balthazor, was a member of The Jefferson Church and was retired after eighteen years from the Commerce City School System as a Music Teacher.
Survivors include his wife, Frances Moore Balthazor of Jefferson. Two sons, Chris Balthazor (Angie) of Lula, Daniel Balthazor (Hannah) of Jefferson. Sister, Susan Mason (Marvin) of Hoschton. Brother, Ron Balthazor (Jane Hudson) of Watkinsville. Grandchildren, Myles, Emma, and Elijah Balthazor.
Memorial services will be held at 6:30 P.M. Thursday, May 26, 2022 at the Jefferson Church with Reverend Nick Dalton Officiating.
Family will receive friends from 5:30 P.M. to the hour of service at the church.
