Mr. Kenneth Frank "Frankie" Pickard

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mr. Kenneth Frank “Frankie” Pickard, age 31, of Jefferson, Georgia who entered rest Sunday November 26, 2023. Mr. Pickard was born in Columbus, Georgia the son of Martha Martin of Lilburn, Ga and Michael Pickard of Jefferson, GA. 

Frankie was a singer and songwriter, was a avid fan of the Atlanta Falcons and Auburn Tigers, had a IronMan and Power Ranger Collection with Green Power Ranger as his favorite.  Frankie was the 2022 Angel Ride recipient. 

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Jessica Pickard of Jefferson, GA. Three daughters, Camryn Pickard, Aubree Horah and Abygail Horah all of Jefferson, GA. Brother, Scotty Martin of Lilburn, GA. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials for the benefit of Frankie’s children, c/o Wells Fargo Bank 135 Sycamore Street Jefferson, Georgia 30549.

In accordance with Frankie’s wishes, he will be cremated and a celebration of life gathering will be held 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM Saturday December 9, 2023 at Chapman Hill 1960 Jett Roberts Road, Jefferson, GA 30549
