Mr. Nicholas Joseph Tilli

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mr. Nicholas Joseph Tilli, age 78, of Hoschton, Georgia, formerly of Patterson, New Jersey, who passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2026. Mr. Tilli was born on July 27, 1947, a son to the late Nicholas Frank Tilli and the late Adeline Fiore Tilli. Mr. Tilli  worked in finance with the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission in Newark, New Jersey. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving during the Vietnam War. Mr. Tilli was a member of the St. Catherine Labouré Catholic Church in Jefferson and was a member of the Albert Gordon American Legion Post #56 in Jefferson.

Survivors include his wife, Michele Ann Tilli of Hoschton, GA; children, Robert Baranowski and his wife Alyson of Marlton, NJ, Carrie Ann Gregory and her husband Kenny of Hoschton, GA, Danielle Miller and her husband Thomas of Ewing, NJ; nine grandchildren also survive.

The Funeral Mass for Mr. Tilli will be held on Friday, April 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the St. Catherine Labouré Catholic Church in Jefferson, GA with Deacon Bill Schubring officiating. The burial will follow in the Evans Memory Garden with military honors. 

A visitation for Mr. Tilli will be held on Thursday,  April 16, 2026 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Evans Funeral Home.
