Mr. Patrick Edward O'Mara

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mr. Patrick Edward O’Mara, age 69 of Jefferson, Georgia who entered rest Wednesday, December 15, 2021.  Mr. O’Mara was born in Dearborn, Michigan, the son of the late Brian Charles O’Mara and the late Frances Kozora O’Mara, was retired from Detroit Edison and was a member of Southside Church.

Survivors include his wife, Denise Seeley O’Mara, married 47 years, of Jefferson.  Daughter, Mandi O’Mara of Jefferson.  Two sons, Brian David O’Mara (Amanda) of Jefferson, Dan O’Mara (Elizabeth) of Grand Blanc, Michigan.  Four sisters, Kathy Zasuwa, Linda Carriveau, Cheryl O’Mara, and Lorrie Peck all of Michigan.  Nine grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, December 21, 2021 from the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Williams officiating with burial to follow in Evans Memory Gardens.  Gentlemen honored as pallbearers are David O’Mara, David Seeley, Lan Waugh, Stephen Peck, Stan Zasuwa and Curt Carriveau.  The family will receive friends 4:00 – 8:00 P.M. Monday, December 20, 2021 at the funeral home.
