Mr. Scott Hamrick

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mr. Scott Hamrick, age 55 of Jefferson, Georgia, who entered into rest Saturday, November 20, 2021.  Mr. Hamrick was born in Duluth, Georgia a son of Joe and Betty Pritchett Hamrick of Hoschton.  Mr. Hamrick was a member of The Jackson County Baptist Church and worked in the Construction Industry. 

In addition to his parents, Mr. Hamrick is survived by his wife, Melanie “Cissy” Mason Hamrick of Jefferson.  Son, Mason Hamrick (Alyssa Joy) of Hoschton, daughter, Hannah Hamrick (Aaron Eigenbauer) of Athens.  Sister, Sherry Arnold (Chris) of Jefferson and a niece, Mandy Kemp(Chris Zalewski) of Jefferson, great Nephew Cole Kemp.  Mother in Law, Joyce Clarke Mason and Sister in Law, Jennifer Mason both of Jefferson.  

Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 23, 2021, from the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Mr. Marvin Walker officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service 12:00 - 2:00 P.M.
