Obituary
Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mr. Ted Mack Whitlock, age 71, of Jefferson, Georgia who entered rest Sunday May 28, 2023. Mr. Whitlock was born in Jefferson, Georgia the son of the late Guy Leonard Whitlock and the late Lois Huntsinger Whitlock. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters and seven brothers.
Mr. Whitlock retired from Jefferson Mills and was a member of Faith Baptist Church, Jefferson, Georgia.
Surivors include two sisters, Ellen Whitlock of Jefferson, GA and Quida Wood of Barrow County, GA. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 P.M. Thursday June 1, 2023 at Jackson Memorial Gardens, Commerce, GA with Reverend Eric Shelton officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday from 12:00 P.M. until 1:30 P.M. at Evans Funeral Home.
