Mr. Tommy Ray Phillips

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Tommy Ray Phillips, age 54 of Jefferson, Georgia who entered into rest Sunday, December 20, 2020.  Mr. Phillips was born in Winder, Georgia the son of the late Roy Lee Hart and Julia I. Phillips of Jefferson and was the Owner of Dixie Firewood and Welding.

Survivors in addition to his mother is a son, Bradley Phillips of California, sister, Sherry Gibson of Jefferson, brother, Gary Sikes of Covington.  One grandchild, Vayda Grace Phillips, two step grandchildren, Lola and Liam Greenberg.  Two aunts, Roberta Waldrup and Bonnie Phillips and nephew, Jackson Gibson also survive.

Memorial services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, December 26, 2020 from the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Mr. Trent Wilson officiating.   The family will receive friends 10:00 – 11:00 A.M. prior to the service at the funeral home.  Those attending are asked to maintain safe social distancing and please wear protective masks due to the COVID Pandemic.
