Obituary
Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mr. Troy Neal Cline, age 62 of Jefferson, Georgia who entered rest Wednesday, August 22, 2023. Mr. Cline was born in Nashville, Tennessee the son of the late Ronald Cline and the late Rita Goodrum Fulcher.
In accordance with the wishes of Mr. Cline, his remains have been cremated and no service is to be held.
Survivors include his wife, Denise Ann Owens Cline of Jefferson. Two daugthers, Shauna Cline and Kristen Cline, both of Mississippi. Sister, Caren Johnson of Tennessee and three grandchildren also survive.
