Mr. William Oneal Wilder

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mr. William Oneal Wilder, age 83 of Winder, Georgia who passed away at home on May 10, 2024.  Mr. Wilder was born in Jefferson, Georgia. He loved people watching, being outdoors with his dog and grandchildren.  Mr. Wilder is preceded in death by his parents, Ellis Stewart Smith and Daisy Aaron Smith and a brother George Smith.  

Survivors include his wife Louanne  Wilder.  Children, Audrey (Steve) Brown, Landon  (Jessica) Wilder, Courtney Etchison,  Cassie (Justin) Ramey and Cordell (Kathryn) Ottum.  Eight grandchildren; Kayla, Kyle, Blane, Chandler, Jadan, Ora, Declan, Finnley and four great grandchildren.  One brother, Johnny Smith also survives.

In accordance with his wishes his remains have been cremated and no service will be held.
