Mr. Willie Lee

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mr. Willie Lee, age 90, of Jefferson, who passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Mr. Lee was born in Jefferson, Georgia, a son to the late Lewis and Ardell King Lee. Mr. Lee was retired from the Georgia Department of Transportation where he was a machine operator and was also a farmer. He had attended Revival Baptist Church. 

Survivors include his sons, Billy Ray Lee of Jefferson, Jimmy Lee of Jefferson; grandchildren, Chris Lee, Stephanie Conner, Tommy Brooks, Dwight Brooks, Michelle White, Kevin Lee, Shannon Lee, Angie Carter and Stacey Brooks; eleven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members also survive.

The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Rev. Johnny Hayes officiating.

The visitation will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024 from 5:00PM -9:00PM at Evans Funeral Home.
