Mrs. Charlotte "Teri" (Duncan) Hamilton

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mrs. Charlotte “Teri” Hamilton, age 65, of Braselton, Georgia who entered rest Friday April 21, 2023. Mrs. Hamilton was born in Fort Myers, Florida the daughter of the late Thomas E. Duncan and the late Gale Bartelson Caldwell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Tommy Duncan. 

Teri was owner/operator of Teri’s Cleaning Service. She loved visiting with family, loved flowers, traveling, loved the beach and anything to do with water sports. Teri was of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include her husband of thirty-six years, Russell Hamilton of Braselton, GA. Three brothers, Rick Edwards (Vivian) of Dahlonega, Ga, Travis Duncan of Jacksonville, FL and, Bo Duncan of Jesup, GA. Sister, Diane Stubbs (Scott) of Cumming, GA. Step-mother, Florence Duncan of Jesup, GA. Step-father, Leonard Caldwell of Ocola, FL. Teri’s beloved fur babies, Daisy and Brandi. Several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

Celebration of Life services will be held 7:00 P.M. Monday April 24, 2023 at Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Matt Booher officiating. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 5:30 to 7:00 prior to the service at Evans Funeral Home.
