Mrs. Edna Ella (Houck) Warren

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mrs. Edna Ella Houck Warren, age 84, of Lilburn, formerly of Jefferson, who passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2026 with her loving daughter and son-in law by her side. Mrs. Warren was born on August 13, 1941 in Clayton, Georgia, a daughter to the late John and Maude Wilbanks Houck. She will always be remembered for her beautiful smile, infectious laugh and her fierce love for her family. Mrs. Warren was retired from A T & T where she worked in accounting and was a member of the Corinth Baptist Church in Loganville, Georgia. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Warren was preceded in death by her husband Cornelius Brown “C.B.” Warren, brothers, Jeff Houck, James Houck, Harold Houck and sisters, Louise Gravely and Ruth Shirley.

Survivors include her “baby” Sharon Topple Huber and her husband Tim of Loganville, GA and her grandchildren David W. Huber and Stefanie M. Huber, both of whom she absolutely adored. She leaves behind two brothers, Hubert Houck and Roy Houck, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, April 19, 2026 at 2:30 PM in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Pastor Tommy Foskey officiating. The burial will follow in the Evans Memory Gardens in Jefferson, GA.

The visitation will be held on Sunday from 1:00 PM until 2:30 PM at Evans Funeral Home, prior to the service.
