Mrs. Hattie Seeley Obituary
Hattie Virginia Hicks Seeley, age 72 of Carnesville, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2020.
Born in Gainesville, Georgia on December 12, 1948 to the late William Bud Hicks and Sarah Bone Hicks. Mrs. Seeley was a homemaker, loving wife and mother of 3.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Seeley; brothers, Bobby Hicks and Stanley Hicks; sister, Connie Bettis.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories her sons and daughters-in-law, Nicholas & Jenny Seeley of Carnesville, Daniel & Tonya Seeley of Clarkesville and John & Stacey Seeley of Commerce; 20 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; brother, Eddie Hicks of Comer; sisters, Pam Faulkner of Hall County and Shirley Martin of Jefferson; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In consideration of the CDC recommendations and Governor Kemps requirement of no more than 10 people, private family services and visitation will be held. Interment will follow in Nicholson City Cemetery.
