Mrs. Kimberland Sue Jordan

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mrs. Kimberland Sue Jordan, age 58, of Jefferson, Georgia who entered rest Tuesday March 3, 2026. Kimberland was born in Muskegon, Michigan the daughter of Shirley Stafford Brakebill and the late David Cwiakala. She worked as a Executive Assistant with Damascus Homes. Kimberland loved spending time with family, scrapbooking, and cookouts, she loved watching her husband and son cook dinner on the grill, going to the beach and just being outside with the four dogs they shared, Cinnamon, Gracie, Gypsy and Zoe. She was a member of Brighthouse Church of Watkinsville, GA.  

Survivors include her husband, Peter Todd Jordan. Son, Heath Dylan Jordan of Jefferson, GA. Mother and stepfather, Shirley and James (Rick) Brakebill of Niota, TN. Stepmother Brenda Cwiakala of Goldsboro NC, Sister, Heather Wilkinson of Greensville, NC. Brother, Christopher Cwiakala of Goldsboro, NC and several nieces, nephews and special aunts and uncles and friends. 

Celebration of Life services will be held 7:00 P.M. Tuesday March 10, 2026 at Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Derek Dale officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Evans Funeral Home.
