Mrs. Lela Ann Lefebvre

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mrs. Lela Ann Lefebvre, age 88, of Hoschton, Georgia, who passed away on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. Mrs. Lefebvre was born in Columbus, Georgia, a daughter to the late Eugene G. Scott and the late Dora Richards Scott. Mrs. Lefebvre, of the Protestant faith, was a homemaker who also taught modeling, organized fashion shows, was an Army wife with multiple moves under her belt as well as a loving and loved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who always put her family first. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lefebvre was preceded in death by her husband Retired LTC Louis Ray Lefebvre and ten brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her children, Teresa Marie Lefebvre Almelid of Gjettum, Norway, Beth Lefebvre Messer and her husband Randy of Las Vegas, NV, Lawrence Paul Lefebvre and his wife Donna of Valrico, FL, Patricia Louise Sanders and her husband Ricky of Pendergrass, GA; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Joshua (Katheryn), Zachary (Melissa), Knut Eirik (Sigrid), Thor Alexander, Kristine Marie(Chad), Nick, Genevieve, Leighton; great-grandchildren, Jordan, David, Amerae, Caleb, Austin, Sofie and Vilde; brothers, Zachary Scott of Marietta, GA. and Cary Scott of Panama City, FL; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, September 9, 2024, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Mr. Wesley Sanders officiating. The visitation will be held from 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM on Monday, September 9, 2024, at Evans Funeral Home, prior to the service. The burial will follow on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at 10:00 AM in the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia. Gentlemen honored as pallbearers are Knut Almelid, Thor Almelid, Nicholas Sanders, Leighton Lefebvre, Joshua Beverly and Zachary Beverly.
