Obituary
Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mrs. Libera Pilla Gentile, age 92 of Braselton, Georgia who entered rest Friday, March 3, 2023. Mrs. Gentile was born in Colle Sannita, Beneveto, Italy a daughter of the late Gennaro and Maria Martuccio Pilla. Mrs. Gentile was a seamstress.
Survivors include a son John Gentile (Joanne) of Braselton. Daughters, Nancy Ferreri (Nick) of Trumbull Connecticut, Lisa Egan (Kevin) of Tampa, Florida. Five grandchildren, Nick Wildason-Ferreri, Carly Egan, Dana Egan, Allison Egan and Nina Ferreri.
Mrs. Gentile enjoyed gardening, crochet, and spending time with her family.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Monday, March 20, 2023 from the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Pastor Luis Ortiz officiating, with burial to follow in Evans Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends 11:00 – 1:00 P.M. at Evans Funeral Home prior to the service.
