Mrs. Lois Diane (Thomas) Harris

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Lois Diane Thomas Harris, age 76 of Pendergrass, Georgia who entered into rest Wednesday, October 6, 2021.  Mrs. Harris was born in Alexandria, Louisiana, a daughter of the late John Marion Thomas and the late Nadine Pierce Thomas.  Mrs. Harris was a homemaker and a member of Pond Fork Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Harris is preceded by brothers, Johnny and Benny Thomas and a sister, Grace Thomas Gresham.

Survivors include her husband, Cecil Harris of Pendergrass.  Son, Cecil Lamar Harris of Pendergrass.  Granddaughter, Amanda Nichole Dubois (William) of Commerce, and great-granddaughter, Kaitlyn Michelle Black of Commerce.  Brother, Cecil Wayne Thomas (Cindy) of Warner Robins.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 12, 2021 from the Pond Fork Baptist Church with Reverend Johnny Knight, Reverend Zack Watson and Reverend Chris Hulsey officiating with burial to follow in the Church Cemetery.  Mrs. Harris will lie in State at the Church 1:00 – 2:00 P.M. prior to the service.

The family will receive friends Monday, October 11, 2021, 2:00-4:00, and 6:00-8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
