Mrs. Nancy Patricia (Lee) Groves

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Nancy Patricia Groves, age 65, of Pendergrass, who passed away on July 15, 2018. Mrs. Groves was born in Winder, Georgia, a daughter to the late Aurthur and Mattie Lou Iler Lee. Mrs. Groves was a Homemaker and attended the Academy Baptist Church in Jefferson. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Groves was preceded in death by her sister, Carol Satterfield, and her brothers, Bobby Lee and Brad Lee. 

Survivors include her husband, Ronald Groves of Pendergrass, daughter, Salena Joy and her husband Timothy of Pendergrass; sons, Stan Allen and his wife Kari of Pendergrass, Christopher Allen of Pendergrass, Edward Allen and his wife Jammie of Jefferson, Danny Allen and his wife Sharon of Jefferson; step-children, Brian Groves and his wife Sheila of Arcade, Greg Groves of Ohio and Kelly Groves of Atlanta; brothers, Horace Lee and Jimmy Lee both of Braselton; sister, Geraldine Allen of Pendergrass; nineteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren also survive.

The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Reverend Eric Shelton officiating. The burial will follow in the Evans Memory Gardens with Jordan Clark, Tristan Allen, David Allen, Jacob Allen, Devin Allen, Austin Allen and Ron Groves honored as pallbearers.

The visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 18, 2018, from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Evans Funeral Home, prior to the service.
