Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mrs. Nancy Teresa Vandeford Nash, age 62, of Monroe, Georgia, who passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2020. Mrs. Nash was born in Duluth, Georgia, a daughter to the late Hugh Dorsey Vandeford and the late Doris Mildred Johnson Vandeford. Mrs. Nash was a homemaker, and truly the heart of her family. She gave generously of her time and talents towards others.
Survivors include her husband, Wayne Howard Nash of Monroe, daughters, Corrie Nash of Suwanee, Emily Paul and her husband Aaron of Monroe; granddaughter, Millie Paul; sisters, Kathy Hall of Jefferson and Debbie Teale of Bethlehem; brothers, Hugh Vandeford of Auburn and Russell Vandeford of Talmo also survive.
A Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 2:00 PM in the Evans Memory Gardens with Reverend Brant Callaway officiating.
The visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM, at Evans Funeral Home, prior to the graveside service.
Those attending are asked to maintain the recommended social distancing of six feet and please wear protective masks in accordance with guidelines concerning the Coronavirus.
