Obituary
Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mrs. Nou Yang Herr, age 64, of Winder, Georgia who entered rest Monday March 20, 2023. Mrs. Herr was born in Laos the daughter of the late Xay Lue Yang and the late Ying Her Yang. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Nhia Doua Herr and a brother, Yong Toua Yang.
Mrs. Herr worked as a weaver with Georgia Duck.
Survivors incluge her sons, Shong, Kou, Ching (Jay), and You Fue. Daughters, Bao, Maiyer, Song, and Sala (Tina). Brother, You Tee Yang. Sisters, Coua Yang, and May Lee Lor. Thirteen grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services will be held 9:00 AM until 2:00 P.M. Saturday April 15, 2022 at Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Hoschton City Cemetery, Hoschton, Georgia. The family will recieve friends Friday April 14, 2023 from 1:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Evans Funeral Home.
