Mrs. Patricia "Pat" Jean Harbin

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mrs. Patricia Jean Truelove “Pat” Harbin, age 84, of Jefferson, Georgia, who passed away on Wednesday, August 28, 2024. Mrs. Harbin was born in Gainesville, Georgia, a daughter to the late Loy and Grace Gee Truelove. Mrs. Harbin was a bookkeeper with Regions Bank and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Jefferson. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Harbin is preceded in death by her brother, Charles Truelove and sister, Louise Lester.

Survivors include her husband of sixty-six years, James Harold Harbin of Jefferson; daughter, Carolyn Mason of Jefferson; sons, Chris Harbin of Lavon, TX, Bruce (Judy) Harbin of Lexington, SC; brothers, Randall Truelove of California, Kim Truelove of Cleveland, GA; grandchildren, Ashley Harbin, Austin Harbin, Abby McDougal, Alex Mason, Garrett Harbin, Ryan Harbin, Victoria Harbin, Jamie Hopper; great grandchildren, Knox, Hunter, CeCe, Grant, Addy and Vivienne also survive. 

The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 31, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Reverend David Harbin and Reverend Matt Long officiating. The burial will follow in the Jackson Memorial Park with Alex Mason, Garrett Harbin, Ryan Harbin, Austin Harbin, Joel Harbin, Alan Harbin, Scott Harbin, and Russ Harbin honored as pallbearers. 

The visitation will be held on Friday, August 30, 2024 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Evans Funeral Home and also on Saturday from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Evans Funeral Home, prior to the service.
