Mrs. Patricia "Pat" (Satterfield) Johnson

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mrs. Patricia “Pat” Satterfield Johnson, age 89 of Jefferson, Georgia who entered rest Wednesday, March 18, 2026.  Mrs. Johnson was born in Jefferson, Georgia a daughter of the late Henry and Toma Stepp Satterfield, was retired Director of the Jefferson City Schools Foundation and of the Christian Faith.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Johnson is preceded by siblings, Lucille Arnold, Myrtice Shropshire, Judy Perkins, Anne Evans, Alline Wilkinson, Bert Carroll, Merle Thompson, Lee, Royce and Bryce Satterfield, and was the last survivor of her immediate family.  

Survivors include her husband of sixty-seven years, Gus Johnson of Jefferson.  Son, Jody Johnson and his wife Kelly Li Johnson of Monroe.  Grandchildren, Joseph Johnson, Joshua Gao and Regan Gao and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday, March 22, 2026 from the Woodbine Cemetery with Mr. Jordan Weldon officiating.  The family will receive friends at the graveside.
