Mrs. Virginia Sue (Couch) Aultman

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mrs. Virginia Couch Aultman, age 95 of Jefferson, Georgia who entered rest Saturday, February 1, 2025.  Mrs. Aultman was born in Jefferson, Georgia a daughter of the late Weldon Couch and the late Adell Crumley Couch Tiller.  Mrs. Aultman was a member of the First Christian Church of Jefferson, Jefferson Garden Clulb, Jefferson Pilot Club, Rachel’s Army and several local Bridge Clubs along with being an accomplished Artist.  Mrs. Aultman was a retired Beautician.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Aultman is preceded by two sons, Wayne Anglin and Keith Aultman along with a sister, Sara Phillips and a brother Donald Couch.

Survivors include her husband Jerry Aultman of Jefferson.  Son, Charles Anglin (Marilyn) of Pendergrass and a daughter, Martha Burns of Jefferson.  Grandchildren, Chuck Anglin (Heather), Micheal Lovett (Patrick Shields), Misty Burns, Brandon Anglin(Karyn), Katie Warwick (Randy), Henry Aultman, and Lucy Aultman.  Fifteen great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren and special Caregiver, Tammy Faulkner.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, February 4, 2025 from the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Minister Bob Walk officiating with burial to follow in Woodbine Cemetery.  Gentlemen honored as pallbearers are Chuck Anglin, Henry Aultman, Kyle Hubbard, Brandon Anglin, Garrison Lovett and Greyson Lovett.  The family will receive friends Tuesday morning 9:30 – 11:00 A.M. prior to the service at Evans Funeral Home.
