Ms. Susan Kay (Wood) Gee

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Ms. Susan Kay Gee, age 58 of Carnesville, Georgia who entered rest Monday, October 13, 2025.  Ms. Gee was born in Winder, Georgia the daughter of the late James and Jean Berryman Wood and is also preceded by a brother Jim Wood.  Ms. Gee was a homemaker.

Survivors include her children; Reid Gee (Kayla) of Carnesville, Cody Gee (Stacy) of Martin, Nicki York (Anthony) of Carnesville.  Brother, Bryan Wood (Trudy) of Comer, Sister in law, Tammy Wood of Martin.  Grandchildren, Ryleah Gee, Breanna Ballenger, Eli York, Isaac York.  Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

In accordance with the wishes of Ms. Gee, her remains are to be cremated and a Celebration of Life Service will be held 12:00 - 3:00 P.M. Saturday, November 1, 2025 at the residence of Ms. Gee's daughter, Nicky York.
