It is hard to put into words the loss of a loved one. One place I turn to for encouragement in times of distress is the Bible, specifically Isaiah 25:8,9. May that bring you comfort. I am so sorry for your loss.

I truly enjoyed getting to know Caleb while he worked for Jackson County Parks and Recreation. I enjoyed listening to his school and work plans and he always brought a smile to my heart. Sherry, we are all sadden of this news. Caleb was a part of our team here at parks and recreation and we were all truly blessed to know Caleb. Sherry and Mitch, Caleb touched so many lives during his time on this earth. He was such a gentle giant. I am so thankful for the times we got to be around him, and the goofy jokes of Ben's that he would laugh at. Any words of "comfort" seem so trite at a time like this, but just know that you all are loved so much and many prayers are being said. For myself, I have been screaming out to God to please wrap his arms around you and find a way to make sure that some good will come from your grief and suffering. We love you.
